A&M Solutions specializes in completing minor, non-critical repair and improvement tasks (“C-list items”) for homes, boats, and cars. Our Services include bundled task appointments, cosmetic improvements, fixture swaps, minor electrical repairs, hardware replacements, entertainment system installations, and other light handyman services as described on our website and app.

3. User Responsibilities

- You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not use the Services in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with applicable laws.

4. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Pricing will be disclosed before confirmation. Payments may be required upfront or upon service completion.
- Cancellation and refund policies will be detailed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property associated with A&M Solutions, including our website, app, and promotional materials, remain the property of A&M Solutions.
