Objective: Upgrade/update the current single-amplifier design to an environment that allows for individual control of zones around the boat with a focus on accessibility and ease-of-use for owners.
Situation: Four sets of speakers all connected to a single output; no ability to individually control each set throughout the boat.
Solution: Removed the old, outdated amplifier and replaced it with three (3) SONOS amplifiers, each controlling its zone. Additionally, one (1) Apple AirPlay receiver was installed, and a Wi-Fi-Ethernet bridge was installed to allow for wired access.
Result: Connection to the customer’s Spotify account and personal phones for simple usage.
